Since 1985, Montgomery Home Care and Hospice has been widely recognized as a leader for both the quality of care and the personal attentive touch we bring to each patient. From newborns to the elderly, individuals in our care benefit from services that allow them to leave the hospital and recover in the reassuring surroundings of their own homes. Home care & Hospice provide a variety of medical services under the direction and supervision of the patient's attending physician in the comfort of the patient's home. Working closely with the hospital's medical staff, registered nurses are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for home visitation and counseling by telephone.
